BLIND DATE
Blind
Date kicks off its sixth season featuring episodes filmed in exotic
and exciting locales including Cabo San Lucas, New York City, Las
Vegas, Miami, Jamaica and more.
Guaranteed to make audiences laugh and blush at the same time, the
new season debuts with a week of “dating disasters” episodes.
Some of the new episodes viewers can look forward to in season six
include a ‘Blind Date’ wedding, “Ultimate Fighting
Championship” fighters getting romantic and five ladies from
the “ Lingerie Bowl” looking for love on camera.
Host Roger Lodge is taking to the streets in season
six, as Blind Date will feature a new “Man on the Street” segment
where everyday people reveal hilarious and sometimes-shocking dating
stories.
“Our sixth season is filled with even more
flirting, bickering and outrageous behavior,” said executive producer, Tom Klein. “We
are helping fans search high and low with interesting characters
in unique locations to fulfill their voyeuristic desires in the fun-filled
search for love.”
Since its debut in 1999, Blind Date
has built a broad national audience by blending its clever commentary,
charismatic host and
attractive,
fun, and sometimes wacky singles to make the most entertaining
half-hour of programming in syndication.
The 30-minute series is hosted by Roger Lodge,
and is executive produced by Gold Coast Television Entertainment’s David Garfinkle and
Jay Renfroe. Thomas Klein also serves as executive producer and Rob
Dames and Peter Karlin are co-executive producers. Blind Date is
distributed domestically by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution.
